2-5 AUGUST
NATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE CANBERRA
In 2027, our national conference is back in the national capital! We will be gathering from all over Australia at the National Convention Centre in Canberra in August, to focus on the theme - Confident In God!
During our time together we will sit under God’s Word, hear about new church plants, spend time praying together for our nation, communities, churches, families and ourselves, and enjoy chatting over meals with old friends and new ones.
The FIEC 2027 National Conference is for anyone from FIEC churches - pastors, spouses, elders, leaders, staff, volunteers - everyone will benefit from joining us in Canberra in July.
TIMETABLE
THEME
Confident In God
We have a big ambition - to work together to reach Australia for Christ! This can appear to be quite overwhelming, and yet the truth is that we don’t do it in our own strength . At our 2027 National Conference we want to encourage one another in the task of taking the Good News of Jesus to a world that does not yet know the love of our Saviour, to see them won to Christ and presented mature in the faith - and to do all this confident in the Lord’s promise to supply all our needs.
Rory Shiner from Providence City Church in Perth will deliver our Keynote Bible Teaching for our Night Sessions, speaking from the book of Philippians.
John Stevens from FIEC UK will lead our Day Sessions with a focus on fellowship and independence.

LOCATION
The 2027 FIEC National Conference will be held at the National Convention Centre in the centre of Canberra. There are flights into Canberra from every state capital, or you may find it within an easy driving distance. There is parking onsite at the Convention Centre (at a cost).
ACCOMMODATION
Every delegate is responsible for securing their own accommodation. Fortunately, there is a wide choice of hotels around the National Convention Centre. Or you may prefer to find something for your church team on AirBNB. And if you are fortunate enough to have a relative living in Canberra, your accommodation could cost you very little (maybe a box of chocolates to say thank you!).
Three major hotels will be offering deals for FIEC delegates:
CHILDREN
We are not intending to have a children’s program at the 2027 National Conference. There will be a space available for nursing babies, who you do not have to register to attend.
COST
We work hard every year to keep conference costs to a minimum. The registration fees for 2027 are still being calculated, however we are aiming to have Early Bird regos open in November, Standard Registration from February to June, and Last Minute Regos from July.
There will also be:
concession rates for seniors, full-time Bible College students, and trainees (MTS etc..)
day passes for those who can only come on certain days
night session tickets for those wanting to pop along for the evening sessions
Payment is by credit/debit card when you register.
